Hi, I’m Samantha and I am the owner of Vibrant Yogini and SammyLouLife.

After training as a yoga teacher in Rishikesh, India over a decade ago, I have taught as well as deepened my own yoga and meditation practice in studios all over the world as well as on luxury yachts.

I now practice in my Cotswolds home with my toddler daughter and share my passion of yoga and wellness for the mind, body and soul with many happy students (view testimonials here).
