We understand that it isn’t always possible to keep our intentions, but to keep it fair for all students and teachers we have a strict terms and conditions policy in place. Please note that we do not make any exceptions to this policy.
Please note that by making a booking an appointment with Vibrant Yogini you are agreeing to Vibrant Yogini’s Terms & Conditions, and to attend the appointment you have booked. Please take the time to read through this information carefully.
The term Vibrant Yogini refers to the owner of the website. The term ‘you’ refers to the user or viewer of our website.
All yoga sessions must be cancelled online no later than 24 hours before the class start time, in which case you can transfer on to a future session.
Class cancellations within 24 hours are non refundable and non transferable. Missed bookings will be charged in full.
All sales are final. No refunds, extensions or exchanges are possible. Should you become unwell or injured a note from your doctor must be provided and your case will be assessed on an individual basis.
Our classes start on time and latecomers will not be admitted nor be entitled to a refund.
You must book your session in advance. Payment for all group and private sessions must be received prior to the scheduled class time and date to ensure your session.
Upon making a booking, you will receive an email confirming all the necessary details. You will also receive a reminder of the booking 2 days prior to your appointment.
You must arrive at least 5 minutes before the class start time or your reserved place may be offered up to a waiting student. We recommend you attend at least 10 minutes before class if possible.
You can pay for your appointment using cash or online at the time of booking via Paypal.
If you are late to a private yoga session, the session will continue with the remaining time available, and will conclude at the original agreed time for the same fee.
As mentioned before, our group yoga classes start on time and latecomers will not be admitted nor be entitled to a refund.
Vibrant Yogini is fully qualified and holds worldwide cover professional and public indemnity insurance for the services provided, and is certified in First Aid.
Due to the nature of yoga therapy and the need for close contact, Vibrant Yogini will maintain a high standard of personal hygiene and clients are asked to ensure that they also maintain a high standard of personal hygiene.
If Vibrant Yogini is unwell, suffering from a cold or virus, infection or general ill health, then the appointment will need to be rescheduled due to the risks of cross contamination. Vibrant Yogini will contact you to inform you of the issue at the earliest opportunity to make suitable alternative arrangements.
Likewise, clients are asked not to attend a session if they are unwell, suffering from a cold or virus, infection or general ill health. Please contact Vibrant Yogini at the earliest opportunity to rearrange your appointment. Please note that the Cancellation Policy will still apply.
Vibrant Yogini will not be held responsible for the loss or damage of personal items during your treatment or session.
Clients under the age of 18 years must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. This parent or guardian must give permission for the agreed treatment or session to be performed, and will be requested to co-sign the New Client Consultation Form. They will be invited to stay in the room for the duration of the appointment, and expected to remain present throughout.
Vibrant Yogini holds the right to refuse any treatment if a client is physically or verbally abusive or demonstrates inappropriate, aggressive or sexual behaviour. Such behaviour will result in criminal proceedings.
Vibrant Yogini may change this policy from time to time by updating this page. You should therefore check this page to ensure that you are happy with any changes. This policy is effective from August 2016.
