Air Floating Flow – Hatha based class, using the focus of the mind and body to hold positions for a prolonged period of time.
Earth Grounding Flow – Vinyasa class working on hip opening and splits work.
Fire Fly Flow – Vinyasa pilates class working on core, arm and shoulder strength to get you in to or ready for inversions.
Water Rejuvenating Flow – gentle and slow recovery Vinyasa.
